ASSISTANCE Requiring a TEMPORARY AMATEUR RADIO TRANSMITTING LICENSE
Applying directly through the official AKEP website (https://www.akep.al) may be difficult, so we can assist you, as a courtesy, in requesting the temporary amateur radio transmitting license on your behalf. Once the license is issued, you may collect it personally at AKEP in Tirana.
If you are not traveling to Tirana at all, or your schedule does not allow it, you may authorize us to collect the license for you. In that case, you must fill in and sign a one‑page authorization form downloadable from here. After signing it, you can return it to us by email or upload it directly through this form (at the end). We will then submit the application, collect the issued license, scan it, and send it to you by email and/or post.
The total fee required by AKEP depends on the requested period but generaly that is about 6€/month for a maximum of 6 months and you may complete the payment (preferably including a small extra amount to cover the collection of the license in Tirana and sending per post, if needed) through https://fshra.org/help
